All sales are final. We do not offer any returns or exchanges. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once your order has been processed. We may offer store credit or reshipment of an item, depending on the issue. INCOMPLETE ORDERS/ DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an order and it is incomplete or you receive a damage item please email us at JSJlifestyleuk@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order with pictures of everything that was received in your package.
